Self-Drill Finishing Screws, 410SS

I used these for adding a strip of lumber to 3/16" square tube and suffered about a 10% failure rate with pre-drilled holes. I understand that thickness of material is at the limits of what these fasteners should be used for, but wanted to make it known for others that may be looking to use these on thicker than gauge material even with pre-drilled holes.
