I was very impressed with the courteous and professional service from Christina (extension 200). She was very patient with me and very accomodating. There was another young lady who called me back to tell me the order was slightly delayed and she was very nice as well.

This last time Nicole went out of her way to fill my order. She had to repackage some fasteners due to original boxes being broken prior to shipping. I really appreciated her honesty in crediting my account for one fastener that was missing. I probably never would have counted them to know that one was missing.
