This system complements the Pro Plug System for Trex Decking by allowing you to install fascia board screws the same way, with a plug that provides a fastener-free finish! Trex fascia plugs are available now with other composite board choices coming soon! The system is broken into two parts. Choose your Trex fascia board. The Trex plugs of your choice are paired with #9 x 1-7/8" stainless steel screws. Each box contains 100 plugs and 100 screws. To install you must use the 2 piece Pro Plug Fascia Plug Tool set (sold separately). The set consists of the Fascia Plug Pre-drilling Tool and the PVC/Composite Screw Depth Setter Tool. Fascia Plug Tool Set The Fascia Plug Tool pre-drills the hole for the Trex plugs. It leaves just enough width for the plug to fit snuggly while also allowing for natural expansion and contraction of the fascia board. The PVC Composite tool is then used to drive the screw to the correct depth. This tool features a No Cam-Out Auto-Stop mechanism that installs the screw correctly each time and prevents the screw from stripping. Install screws using the purple trim bit- included in both the kit and the tool pack. Easy 3 Step Installation 1. Pre-drill using the blue Fascia Plug Tool 2. Set the screw using the black PVC/Composite Tool with the purple trim bit 3. Tap in the plug.
